Green Gelato

Green Gelato is a hybrid strain with contested origins. The version most commonly associated with the name was selected by Royal Queen Seeds, who crossed Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and Sunset Sherbet, a pairing often nicknamed Larry Bird. There are reports that Bob Marley Seeds may have utilized this genetic foundation to create a separate iteration by introducing an unknown Colombian sativa, intended to enhance the strain's potency while retaining the name Green Gelato.

In terms of sensory experience, the strain is noted for its dessert-like qualities. It carries an earthy, cookie-forward aroma paired with a distinct minty vanilla flavor. Users report that the experience typically begins with an energizing mental lift, which gradually settles into a heavy, hazy state of relaxation. It is often sought out by those looking to unwind in the evening, as many report that the physical effects help ease tension and promote sleepiness.
