Sherbet

Sunset Sherbet, also known as Sherbert, Cookie Fam Sherbet, or Sunset Sherbert, is an indica-dominant hybrid attributed to the breeder Sherbinski. The strain’s history is traced to San Francisco, where a male Pink Panties plant reportedly pollinated a crop of Girl Scout Cookies being grown at the breeder's grandmother's house. This accidental cross became a defining dessert-themed strain of the Cookies era and an Amsterdam Cannabis Cup winner.

The aroma is characterized by sweet berries, creamy fruit, and bright citrus, underscored by earthy funk and peppery spice. The flavor profile mirrors these notes, offering sugary fruit and cream that transitions into a tangy, earthy finish. Users report an initial rush of euphoria and happiness that eventually gives way to physical relaxation, with some consumers noting periods of creative energy.
