Hash Plant
A classic hybrid originating from the Pacific Northwest, Hash Plant is celebrated for its potent resin production, spicy hashish profile, and rapid flowering cycle.
About Hash Plant
Hash Plant, sometimes referred to as Hashplant, traces its roots to the U.S. Pacific Northwest. In the 1980s, the strain was introduced to the Netherlands, where Sensi Seeds acquired the original female clones. These clones served as the foundation for various breeding projects. The commercial version of Hash Plant available today was developed by Sensi Seeds through a back-crossing process involving a hybrid of Hash Plant and Northern Lights #5 crossed back to the original Hash Plant female. The strain is noted for a flavor and aroma profile characterized by spicy hashish notes, often accompanied by hints of chestnut and earth. Users report a fast-acting, powerful body buzz that can transition from an initial sense of creative energy into a state of deep physical relaxation. Its reputation is bolstered by competition success, including a first-place finish at the 2004 Cannabis Culture Tokers Bowl and second place at the 2002 High Life Cannabis Cup.
Plant characteristics
Hash Plant typically grows into a short, compact stature. It produces tight, round, and condensed bud clusters adorned with tufts of dark orange hairs, all heavily coated in sticky resin.
