Indiana Bubblegum

The original Indiana Bubblegum is widely cited as a cross between an Afghani landrace and Bubblegum. It is characterized by a sweet, sugary flavor profile accented by earthy undertones and a distinct bubblegum scent. Users report an immediate euphoric head high followed by a soothing body buzz that typically avoids heavy sedation, making it a common choice for evening stress and tension relief.

There is notable complexity regarding the lineage of strains bearing this name. A separate iteration was created by Fleur du Mal, who crossed a 1998 selection of Bubblegum with the 1991 Indiana Bubblegum clone. Additionally, Moscaseeds produced a distinct version by crossing Bubblegum with Old Time Moonshine, resulting in a profile noted for blueberry-bubblegum aromatics and relaxing effects.
