Lava

Lava is a hybrid strain that appeals to landrace connoisseurs, as it is available exclusively through clones and is considered to be as close to a wild cannabis phenotype as is currently available. The strain is a cross between a landrace indica known as Afrika and a Hawaiian sativa. These genetics represent the furthest point back in the strain's known family tree. Originally created for the Hawaiian market, the plant is known to reach significant sizes in tropical climates. Its aromatic profile is savory, characterized by notes of musk, leather, and spice. Little has been reported regarding the strain's effects. It is distinct from other varieties such as Lava Cake and Jungle Lava, with which it shares no genetic relationship.
