About Master Jedi
Master Jedi, also known as Master Jedi OG or Master Jedi Kush, is a cultivar released by Ocean Grown Seeds. The specific genetic origins remain subject to debate; while the breeders have kept the lineage mysterious, common theories suggest it may be a cross involving Jedi Kush and an unidentified Kush variety, potentially Master Kush. Other reports suggest that the strain may instead trace its heritage back to Skywalker. The flavor and aroma profile is reported to be multifaceted, featuring top notes of spice, herbs, and earthy pine, complemented by a taste profile that transitions into berries, citrus, and a skunky coffee finish.
Plant characteristics
Master Jedi plants typically exhibit a short, bushy growth habit. Indoor flowering cycles generally conclude between eight and nine weeks, while outdoor plants reach maturity by mid-October. The strain is noted for producing high yields, reaching up to 19 ounces per plant.
