Off White Gelato

Off White Gelato derives its name from its dense, pale trichome coverage, which gives the buds a dusted, frost-covered appearance. While it is widely associated with the Gelato family, its precise genetic origins remain unverified. It is unclear whether the strain is a specific phenotype selection of Gelato or a distinct cross derived from it, as no definitive breeder documentation exists. The cultivar has gained prominence through STIIIZY's Grey Label flower lineup, with some batches reported to reach THC levels in the 30% range.

The flavor profile is characterized by sweet vanilla and cream notes, balanced by undertones of earthy herbs, citrus, and tropical fruit, finished with a pungent edge. Users typically report an initial heady, uplifting sensation that transitions into a heavier physical effect as the experience progresses, with many noting feelings of relaxation, euphoria, and sleepiness.
