Pineapple OG
Pineapple OG is a name shared by at least two distinct genetic lineages, one associated with the breeder Wonderbrett and another of unknown origin, both characterized by tropical fruit profiles and OG-influenced traits.
About Pineapple OG
There are two primary, distinct versions of Pineapple OG. The version attributed to the breeder Wonderbrett is an indica-dominant hybrid resulting from a cross of OG Kush and Sour Grape. This selection is noted for a flavor profile of ripe fruit and gas, with a scent profile dominated by diesel, guava, and sour grape. Users report that this specific iteration provides relaxing and appetite-stimulating effects.
A second, separate version of Pineapple OG is attributed to an unknown breeder and is identified as a cross between Pineapple Express and OG Kush. This variant is described as having a tropical, fruity flavor with earthy undertones. Analytical testing of samples from Cloneville has indicated THC levels reaching 15% with approximately 0.14% CBD.
Plant characteristics
Despite reports of energizing and uplifting effects, the plants typically exhibit a short, bushy structure. The cultivar produces large, tightly coiled, light green buds accented by orange pistils and a dense covering of sticky white trichomes.
