Private Banana
Private Banana is an indica-leaning phenotype of [[banana-og|Banana OG]], selected to emphasize its signature tropical fruit profile and potent, sedative effects.
About Private Banana
Private Banana is a phenotype derived from Banana OG, bred to intensify the strain's characteristic banana-forward profile. The flavor is noted for its sugary sweetness, blending notes of tropical fruit with undertones of sour citrus and skunky earth. Its aroma follows a similar trajectory, leading with a distinct tropical banana scent supported by a base of earthy wood and citrus-tinged skunk.
Users report that the experience begins with a cerebral onset, often described as euphoric and giggly, with a sensation centered behind the eyes. As the initial buzz subsides, the effects transition into a heavy, soothing body high that addresses physical tension. This progression typically concludes in deep relaxation and pronounced sedation, making it a common choice for evening use.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces long, fluffy, banana-shaped flowers. The buds feature a bright green coloration accented by thin orange pistils and are covered in a dense layer of golden-amber trichomes.
