Pungent Smile
Pungent Smile is a hybrid strain known for its sharp, pungent profile of citrus, diesel, and pine, often associated with clear-headed, energetic effects suitable for daytime use.
About Pungent Smile
Pungent Smile is a hybrid strain distributed through Trulieve, though its genetic origins remain ambiguous due to conflicting internal documentation. Some company listings identify the lineage as GMO Cookies × GSC, while the Pennsylvania Modern Flower strain guide attributes the parentage to Ice Cream Cake × OZK. Given that these discrepancies originate from the distributor rather than established breeder records, the true genetic background of the strain is currently unresolved.
Regardless of the lineage, the strain is noted for a consistent aromatic profile featuring a loud blend of citrus-diesel, lemon-pine, and herbal fuel, rounded out by a peppery funk and a sharp, resinous finish. Reported experiences typically highlight an uplifting and energetic quality, with users frequently noting a clear-headed focus conducive to creative work or daytime tasks. The effects are often described as a motivated, happy headspace that transitions into a mild physical relaxation without inducing heavy sedation.
