About Sherbanger 22
Bred by Boston Roots Seed Co, Sherbanger 22 is a hybrid cross of Sunset Sherbet and Headbanger, specifically utilizing the NorCalGenetics cut of the latter. The strain is noted for a flavor profile that balances the creamy, sweet notes of gelato and blueberries with the sharp, solvent-like gas and pepper undertones characteristic of OG lineages. The aroma is often described as a mix of cotton candy sweetness and heavy diesel fumes.
Reported effects are generally characterized as euphoric and mentally focused, with many users noting a transition from an initial uplift to a more relaxed, giggly, and eventually sleepy state. The smoke is described as full-bodied, providing a significant expansion in the lungs and substantial pressure.
Plant characteristics
Sherbanger 22 exhibits a bushy, indica-leaning growth structure. When grown indoors, the plants typically reach heights of 3–4 feet, while outdoor specimens can grow to 5–6 feet. The plant produces dense, resin-heavy colas during an 8–9 week flowering period.
