Spirit in the Sky was created by Exotic Genetix as an experimental cross between a female Peyote Purple and a male Starfighter (F2). The resulting plants are noted for high yields and deep, red-purple hues that darken as the plant matures, eventually taking on a crystalline appearance. In 2018, Annunaki Genetics released a backcross of the strain, created by crossing Spirit in the Sky with Divine Spirit. This variation is distinguished by a silver-toned appearance and a pungent aroma reminiscent of overripe tropical fruit.
Plant characteristics
The original Exotic Genetix selection features red-purple buds that darken with age and develop a heavy coating of trichomes. The Annunaki Genetics backcross is noted for having a silver coloration.
