Strawberry Ice
Strawberry Ice is a hybrid strain recognized for its berry-forward flavor profile and reported high potency, popularized by the Amsterdam-based Bulldog Seeds.
About Strawberry Ice
Strawberry Ice is a hybrid strain with contested origins. While some accounts suggest it is a cross of Blueberry and an unknown sativa originating from North America, the version popularized by Bulldog Seeds—the team behind the Amsterdam coffee shop The Bulldog—is the most widely recognized. The strain is noted for an aroma and flavor profile frequently compared to strawberry ice cream, characterized by creamy sweetness and fresh berry notes. In laboratory testing, specifically by PharmLabs San Diego, samples of this strain have been recorded with THC levels exceeding 25%. Users report that the experience provides a mental lift, which is said to encourage creativity and focus.
Plant characteristics
The plant typically grows tall with thin branches that often require structural support. It produces long, fluffy, olive-green buds covered in a layer of frosty trichomes and accented by fiery red stigma hairs. The flowering period generally lasts between 60 and 70 days.
