Strawpaya
Strawpaya is an indica-dominant hybrid celebrated for its fruit-forward terpene profile and a balanced, relaxing effect that typically avoids heavy sedation.
About Strawpaya
Strawpaya is an indica-dominant hybrid with a lineage that varies by breeder. Two distinct genetic paths are attributed to the name: one version, associated with Groove Solventless in Montana, is a cross of Strawberry Diesel Cookies and Tropaya. A second version, attributed to MFNY in New York, is a pairing of Strawguava and Papaya.
Despite these different origins, both iterations share a consistent aromatic profile defined by ripe strawberry, tropical papaya, and citrus, grounded by peppery, earthy undertones. The flavor mirrors the aroma, offering a lingering tropical and berry warmth. Users often report a happy, relaxed headspace that settles in gradually. Many note a subtle, uplifted undertone that balances the indica-leaning effects, allowing consumers to unwind without feeling fully sedated.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces dense, triangle-shaped buds that are neon green in color, accented by dark purple leaves and bright orange pistils. The flowers are typically covered in a heavy layer of golden-white trichomes. Indoors, the plant remains compact, typically reaching heights of 60 to 90 centimeters, though it can stretch significantly more when grown outdoors.
