Super Lemon Haze
Super Lemon Haze is a celebrated, sativa-dominant hybrid known for its sharp, citrus-forward profile and energetic, cerebral effects.
About Super Lemon Haze
Super Lemon Haze is a multi-time Cannabis Cup winner that has maintained a strong reputation for over a decade. The strain is recognized for its electric lemon-pine aroma and its ability to provide a soaring mental lift, often described as creative and focus-enhancing. While the name 'Lemon Haze' is frequently applied to various citrus-dominant hybrids, the specific lineage of Super Lemon Haze is attributed to a cross between Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze.
Because the 'Lemon Haze' moniker is used broadly, genetic variations exist. Some versions, such as those from Amsterdam Genetics, utilize Silver Haze as a parent, while others like Royal Queen Seeds' 'Lemon Shining Silver Haze' utilize Lemon Skunk and 'Shining Silver Haze.' DNA Genetics also offers a version derived from Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze. Despite these genetic differences, the common thread across these cuts is a profile defined by sharp citrus, skunk, and traditional Haze spice. Users generally report an upbeat, social, and energetic experience, though the intensity and specific character of the high can vary depending on the specific breeder's cut.
Plant characteristics
The plant is known for its significant height, often requiring structural support during outdoor cultivation. It typically features a flowering period of approximately 77 days, though an additional week is often recommended to fully develop its signature lemon aroma.
