Super Platinum Cookies
Super Platinum Cookies is a mostly indica hybrid bred by Real Gorilla Seeds, created by crossing [[platinum-cookies|Platinum Cookies]] with [[super-skunk|Super Skunk]]. It blends the sweet, candy-like profile of the Cookies lineage with the pungent, heavy-yielding characteristics of classic Skunk genetics.
About Super Platinum Cookies
Super Platinum Cookies is a deliberate cross designed to bolster the structure and vigor of the Platinum Cookies line by introducing the influence of Super Skunk. Bred by Real Gorilla Seeds, this cultivar retains the resinous, frost-heavy nature of its Cookies parent while incorporating the bulk and old-school funk associated with Skunk varieties. The lineage is complex, tracing back through Cherry Pie, OG, and Durban. The resulting flavor profile offers a contrast, moving from initial notes of berry and candy sweetness into a pungent finish characterized by earth, spice, and floral undertones. It is often described as a classic Cookies profile amplified by a significant, skunky aromatic presence.
Plant characteristics
The plants exhibit a compact, indica-leaning growth structure. The flowers are noted for their density and a heavy accumulation of trichomes, which gives the buds a frosted appearance. The influence of the Skunk parentage contributes to increased flower weight and overall bulk during the flowering stage, with sage-green foliage.
