The Goat
The Goat, also known as G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time), is a sativa-dominant hybrid from Scapegoat Genetics. A cross of Animal Pie and [[ac-dc|AC/DC]], this cultivar is noted for a balanced cannabinoid profile and is distinct from the unrelated strain Golden Goat.
About The Goat
Bred by Scapegoat Genetics, The Goat is a sativa-dominant hybrid resulting from a cross between Animal Pie and AC/DC. This pairing provides a balanced cannabinoid profile, a characteristic less common in sativa-leaning varieties.
On the nose, the strain presents tart cherry and damp earth notes layered over a sharp, herbal spice. Users report a clear-headed and grounding experience, characterized by a focused onset that transitions into a calm, creative headspace. Many report a gentle mood uplift paired with steady relaxation, avoiding heavy sedation and making it a versatile choice for various times of day.
Plant characteristics
The buds are dense and compact, threaded with orange pistils and a generous coating of frosty trichomes. Indoors, the plants remain compact at three to four feet, while outdoor specimens can reach five to six feet.
