About Tropical Zkittlez
Tropical Zkittlez is an indica-dominant hybrid bred by Tiki Madman, resulting from a cross between Tropicana Cookies and Forbidden Zkittlez. It should not be confused with the similarly named Sour Tropical Zkittlez. The strain gained significant recognition on the competition circuit, securing 1st place in the Indica Hybrids category at the 2015 Cannabis Cups in both San Francisco and Michigan, followed by a 1st place win at the 2016 Emerald Cup. Its flavor and aroma are characterized by distinct notes of citrus and candy. Users report a slow-building, sedative high, often choosing the strain for evening relaxation.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces fat, dense nugs characterized by olive green leaves and a violet base. The flowers are covered in a chunky layer of white crystal trichomes and feature a high density of pistils.
