Tropicana Cookies
Tropicana Cookies is a high-energy hybrid known for its intense citrus profile and striking visual appeal, resulting from a cross between [[gsc|GSC]] Forum Cut and [[tangie|Tangie]].
About Tropicana Cookies
Tropicana Cookies unites the GSC Forum Cut with Tangie in a citrus-forward cross. The original F1 iteration is attributed to breeder Harry Palms, while Oni Seed Co. is responsible for the F2 selection that gained widespread popularity. The cultivar earned significant recognition after securing first place in the Sativa category at the 2019 IC 420 Growers Cup.
The flavor profile is defined by aggressive notes of fresh orange peel, tart citrus, and tropical fruit, balanced by undertones of sweet cookie dough, cream, earth, and peppery spice. Reported effects typically include an energetic, euphoric, and upbeat experience, often noted for promoting focus and sociability without heavy sedation.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces large, dense buds coated in resin. It exhibits two primary phenotypes: one that develops deep purple or nearly black flowers, and another that remains green. The structure features a prominent central cola supported by strong branches. It typically reaches maturity in nine weeks when grown indoors or by September when cultivated outdoors.
