Velvet Breath
Velvet Breath is an indica-leaning hybrid bred by Branden Bond and the In House Genetics team, recognized for its complex dessert-forward profile and dense, trichome-rich flower structure.
About Velvet Breath
Velvet Breath is a cross between Twisted Velvet and OGKB V2.1. Its maternal lineage, Twisted Velvet, is a pairing of Velvet Cookies and Purple Hulk, while the paternal OGKB V2.1 is a Dosido backcross.
The aromatic profile is rich and layered, featuring notes of sweet cheese, vanilla cookie dough, and earthy kush with faint diesel undertones. On the palate, the smoke is smooth and creamy, shifting between vanilla, spice, and warm soil. The terpene profile is led by myrcene, caryophyllene, and limonene.
Users report that the effects move steadily, beginning with a soft cerebral lift before transitioning into a grounding, velvet-weight body ease. The experience is noted for balancing body calm with a degree of mental clarity and creative focus, making it suitable for low-key evenings.
Plant characteristics
The plant produces dense, light-green buds accented by purple hues and bright orange hairs. The flowers are heavily coated in a thick layer of trichomes that shimmer like crushed sugar.
