Velvetz

Velvetz is a hybrid cross resulting from the union of Gary Payton—a cross of The Y and Snowman—and Sherb ZCubed, a triple-backcrossed iteration of Sherb. The strain is characterized by a contrast between its aggressive, gas-heavy foundation and a decadent, sweet profile. The flavor experience begins with notes of berry and citrus, followed by a sharp fuel intensity, and concludes with a smooth, spiced, and gassy exhale. While the strain is often encountered in vape form, where users report that precise temperature control highlights its nuanced terpene profile, it is described as a complex and balanced smoke. Reported effects are typically characterized as a functional, "floaty" body high accompanied by a clear and creative mental state, suitable for relaxation without heavy sedation.
