Warhead

The name Warhead is associated with multiple, genetically distinct strains. The version bred by Nerd Genetics is a sativa-dominant hybrid created by crossing Kaboom with Sour Pez. This selection is noted for a flavor profile that mirrors its namesake candy, characterized by a sharp, sour citrus entry followed by a sugary, sweet finish. Its aroma carries subtle undertones of earth and wood. Users report an intensely energizing high, which is generally recommended for experienced consumers due to its potency.

Other iterations exist in the market, leading to potential confusion. One uncommon varietal is reported to be a cross of Sour Diesel, Animal Cookies, and Apple Fritter. A separate version, frequently encountered on the East Coast and popularized by Kind Tree, is an indica-dominant hybrid that maintains uplifting and energizing effects. Additionally, some genetic records associate the name with a cross of Colombian Cookies and Amnesia Haze.
