White Devil
White Devil is a name shared by two distinct, unrelated hybrid cultivars, often confused with the unrelated Spicy White Devil.
About White Devil
The name White Devil refers to two separate breeding projects. The first, an F2 selection by Brothers In Farms, is a cross of Dark Devil and White Grape. This version is described as indica-leaning, characterized by deep purple pigmentation and a flavor profile featuring sweet grape, citrus, candy, and pine. The second version, released through Clearwater Genetics in collaboration with Tiki Madman, is a cross of White Truffle and Devil Driver, noted for savory gas and sweet citrus-candy aromas; these terpene profiles and classifications remain seed-bank and retail characterizations rather than independently verified data. It is important to distinguish these from Samsara Seeds’ “Spicy White Devil,” which is a separate cultivar derived from Jack Herer and Original Blueberry. Enthusiasts report that both versions of White Devil generally provide a euphoric, cerebral experience, often described as creative and motivating rather than sedating, suitable for social interaction or focused tasks.
Plant characteristics
The plant typically reaches 3–5 feet indoors and up to 6 feet outdoors. It features a bushy structure that responds well to topping and low-stress training. During late flowering, the foliage may develop blue, red, and near-black hues if nighttime temperatures drop below 60°F. The buds are dense, requiring consistent airflow and humidity control (40–50%) to prevent mold.
