About Zoap
Bred and selected by Deep East of DEO Farms and grown by Wizard Trees, Zoap is often cited as a cross of Pink Guava and Rainbow Sherbet. This pairing serves as a shorthand for a more complex lineage involving successive selections within DEO’s RS project.
The strain is defined by a complex aromatic profile that balances tropical fruit and floral perfume with a sharp, soapy quality and a subtle gassy finish that intensifies when the flower is ground. On the palate, it transitions from tropical sweetness and citrus to an earthy, floral finish. Users frequently report a rapid mood elevation, increased sociability, and a relaxed physical state that remains functional. It is also commonly associated with stimulating the appetite.
It is important to distinguish between the original DEO Farms selection and subsequent seed releases, such as the feminized version offered by Barney’s Farm, which may carry different genetic characteristics.
Plant characteristics
The flowers are dense and resinous, often displaying a mix of green foliage with dark purple patches and vibrant orange pistils. The buds are heavily coated in trichomes. The Barney’s Farm feminized release is described as a vigorous hybrid with strong branching, reaching indoor heights of 100–120 cm and outdoor heights of approximately two meters. Flowering time for this release is estimated at 63–70 days, with outdoor harvests typically occurring in October.
