Zookies
Zookies is a hybrid cross of [[animal-cookies|Animal Cookies]] and [[gg4|GG4]], selected by Cannaman 707 and Golden State Cultivators to blend the distinct aromatic profiles of the Cookies and Glue families.
About Zookies
Zookies unites the genetics of Animal Cookies and GG4, bringing together two distinct genetic families. The Cookies lineage contributes notes of sweet dough, spice, and nuttiness, while the GG4 influence introduces earth, diesel, and pungent funk. Hints of pepper and pine often emerge, resulting in a profile that is generally sweeter than pure GG4 but more savory than typical Cookies hybrids.
Users frequently report an initial bright, euphoric head high that transitions into a relaxed physical state. While the experience is often described as relaxing, reports do not universally characterize the strain as sedative.
Plant characteristics
The flowers are typically dense and heavily coated in trichomes, exhibiting deep green foliage accented by occasional purple hues and prominent orange pistils. The plant has a flowering window of approximately 8–10 weeks, during which the aroma intensifies, becoming increasingly pungent with notes of sweet spice, earth, and fuel.
