Monster Cookies is reportedly a cross of GSC and Granddaddy Purple. Its aroma and flavor profile are often described as a fusion of sweet grapes and earthy skunk. Users report that the experience typically begins with a sense of euphoria before transitioning into a heavy, tranquil relaxation that may settle into sleepiness. Analytical testing of one sample identified a terpene profile dominated by humulene, caryophyllene, and alpha-pinene. While some samples have tested at approximately 12% THC, other cultivars are reported to reach levels as high as 21%. It is widely considered a clone-only variety, making authentic cuts difficult to source.
Plant characteristics
The plant typically grows short and stocky with dense vegetation. It produces tight, medium-sized buds covered in a thick layer of white trichomes. The foliage is generally forest green, though exposure to cooler temperatures toward the end of the 56–63 day flowering cycle can induce purple or dark blue hues.
