Yuzu
Yuzu is a sativa-dominant hybrid from Calyx Bros Seed Company, recognized for its sharp, zesty citrus profile and an energetic, euphoric effect.
About Yuzu
Yuzu is a sativa-dominant hybrid crafted by Calyx Bros Seed Company. The strain's lineage involves a multi-stage breeding process: the breeder crossed MK-Ultra and Creamsicle (from Twisty Treat Seeds) and subsequently crossed that progeny with their own Lemon Fizz F2. While the breeder notes the influence of classic genetics like OG Kush and Northern Lights in their broader work, the specific genetic makeup of Yuzu is defined by the aforementioned lineage. Users report that the strain provides an energetic, euphoric lift that eventually transitions into a state of relaxed contentment. Its flavor and aroma are characterized by a sharp, dominant lemon zest profile.
Plant characteristics
The plants produce chunky, vibrant green buds that often display deep purple undertones, resulting in a violet-hued appearance. The flowers are accented by orange pistils and a dense coating of tiny trichomes.
