THE DISPENSE STRAIN GUIDE

Black Pepper Garlic

hybrid

Black Pepper Garlic, also known as Black Garlic, is a hybrid strain from Oni Seed Co. that crosses [[gmo-cookies|GMO]] and [[sour-dubble|Sour Dubb]].

About Black Pepper Garlic

Black Pepper Garlic is a hybrid cross from Oni Seed Co. that brings together two heavyweights with distinct lineages. GMO (Garlic Cookies), a Mamiko Seeds creation, is a Chemdog x GSC cross known for its skunk, gas, and sedative weight. Sour Dubb is an East Coast hybrid with a debated history, often linked to Sour Diesel and Sour Bubble, and is famously recognized as a parent of Gorilla Glue #4.

Despite its name, the strain does not taste like a spice rack. Instead, it features an earthy, peppery profile with subtle sweetness and citrus undertones. The terpene profile is led by caryophyllene, which provides spice and depth, complemented by limonene. THC levels typically test between 18% and 25%.

Users report that the high lands heavily, characterized by a slow-building sedation that melts into the body. The experience often leads to a hazy sense of calm, creeping drowsiness, and increased appetite.

Plant characteristics

The buds are dense and heavily coated in resin.
