Super Sour Lemon

The genetic origins of Super Sour Lemon are unconfirmed, with two primary theories circulating. The most common account suggests it is a cross between Cali Sour and Lemon OG. A more complex alternative theory proposes a four-way lineage involving Super Lemon Haze crossed with a hybrid of Sour Kush, Tangerine Haze, and Amnesia Haze. Due to these conflicting reports, the original breeder remains unknown.

True to its name, the strain is characterized by a pungent, sour citrus aroma featuring distinct notes of lemon, lime, and tart green apple. While classified as an evenly balanced hybrid, users frequently report that the experience leans toward a classic sativa profile. The onset is often described as a rapid, cerebral rush of energy and euphoria. Because of these reported effects, many seasoned consumers favor it as a mood-enhancing wake-and-bake option or a social smoke.
